This study provides a unique perspective by combining corporate sustainability with employee experiences and perceptions, offering a comprehensive framework to address the challenges of digital transformation (Tafazzoli, <CitationRef CitationID="CR11">2022</CitationRef>; Trevisan et al., in <i>Proceedings of the Design Society</i>, <i>1</i>, 621–630, <CitationRef CitationID="CR13">2021</CitationRef>). The success of corporate initiatives largely depends on the combination of financial support and training in both technical and soft skills, as evidenced by entrepreneurial acceleration programs (Rosado-Cubero et al., in <i>International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal</i>, <i>20</i>, 2423–2446, <CitationRef CitationID="CR7">2024</CitationRef>). The findings suggest that companies should adopt a strategic approach to technology integration, incorporating training programs, transparent communication, and employee involvement in the transformation process. These measures can lead to greater sustainability, efficiency, and employee engagement.</p>

摘要

This study examines the transformative impact of technological integration on corporate sustainability, analyzing the perspectives of both management and employees. The research aims to understand how technological integration influences sustainable practices and how it affects the workforce in terms of skill development and adaptability. This paper conducts a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis (VOSviewer) of articles published between 2020–2025. The findings reveal that technological integration significantly enhances corporate sustainability by improving resource efficiency and reducing environmental footprints. Notably, 70% of executives reported improvements in team efficiency and productivity following technological integration (Shilpa et al., 2025). Companies that strategically implement technology integration programs experience a 21% increase in employee engagement levels. However, challenges were also identified, such as the need for workforce reskilling and concerns about job obsolescence (Anser et al., in Environment, Development and Sustainability, 2024). Entrepreneurship in the digital age demands a strategic approach to maximize the positive impact of advanced technologies on sustainability and organizational resilience (Wang et al., in International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, 20, 3207–3221, 2024). The results emphasize the importance of a balanced approach to implementing technological integration, considering both the sustainability benefits and the impact on employees. The discussion highlights the need for employee training and skill development programs to facilitate the transition and maximize the benefits of technological integration for both sustainability and employee engagement. Furthermore, management’s ethical commitment is crucial to support employees during the transition, which will inevitably involve changes in job content and training requirements (Antikainen et al., in Procedia CIRP, 73, 45–49, 2018). This study provides a unique perspective by combining corporate sustainability with employee experiences and perceptions, offering a comprehensive framework to address the challenges of digital transformation (Tafazzoli, 2022; Trevisan et al., in Proceedings of the Design Society, 1, 621–630, 2021). The success of corporate initiatives largely depends on the combination of financial support and training in both technical and soft skills, as evidenced by entrepreneurial acceleration programs (Rosado-Cubero et al., in International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, 20, 2423–2446, 2024). The findings suggest that companies should adopt a strategic approach to technology integration, incorporating training programs, transparent communication, and employee involvement in the transformation process. These measures can lead to greater sustainability, efficiency, and employee engagement.
