<p>Human interaction with Artificial Intelligence (AI) has garnered significant scholarly attention in recent years. However, a comprehensive understanding of the Human–AI Collaboration (HAIC) process from pre-adoption to post-adoption phase remains underexplored. To address this gap, we conducted a systematic literature review of 206 high-quality studies sourced from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, focusing on AI applications in operations and supply chain management. Based on an in-depth analysis of the identified factors, we propose an integrative HAIC framework comprising three distinct phases: pre-adoption, adoption, and post-adoption. The pre-adoption phase is influenced by enabling and inhibiting forces, categorized using the Technology–Organization–Environment framework. The adoption phase outlines key implementation stages, including initiation, technology assessment, adoption decision, and execution. In the post-adoption phase, the emphasis shifts to evaluating the impact of HAIC on organizational performance, including the achievement of sustainable outcomes. The paper concludes by outlining key theoretical and practical contributions and promising avenues for future investigation.</p>
