Energy Efficiency Analysis for Multi-RIS Assisted NOMA Terahertz Communications
摘要
In the future wireless communication environment, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) have become a vital communication transmission method. However, due to the problems of high loss and poor penetration when terahertz waves are transmitted in the air, the signal transmission assisted by a single RIS will drop significantly. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-user non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) communication assisted by multiple RISs (Multi-RIS). Using Multi-RIS to improve the coverage of the environment enhances the signal strength of the receiver. We propose a scheme for maximizing the energy efficiency of Multi-RIS through transmit power and phase shift optimization. We propose an alternative optimization algorithm to optimize energy efficiency. Finally, the simulation results show that the impact of using Multi-RIS on energy efficiency is better than that of a single RIS. These results provide a reliable reference value for applying Multi-RIS technology in complex environments.
