Recent Review On S-Scheme Photocatalysis

摘要

In recent years, environmental pollutants have become more hazardous to both human health and eco-systems. One potential method for cleaning up the environment is eco-friendly semiconductor photocatalysis. There are several types of mechanism associated with semiconductor photocatalysis, in that, Step-scheme (S-scheme) photocatalysis (SSPC)grabbed plenty of interest in the domain of developing and transforming solar fuel due to their effective charge spatial separation and robust redox capabilities. Herein, this article highlights and summarizes the most recent advancements in S-scheme heterojunctions photocatalysis (SSHJPC); also, briefly encapsulate the process, reaction principle, Mechanism, Synthesis strategies, Frontier characterization techniques and their applications in solar energy conversion. Finally, conclusions are drawn and future prospects for solar energy conversion issues are presented.
