摘要

This paper presents a metasurface-based reflector for mm-Wave applications. The suggested reflective EM skin is loaded with combined loop elements arranged in a tri-pole structure to improve angular stability. An 8 × 8 array of reflective frequency-selective metasurfaces is fabricated and tested. The experiment is carried out in two ways to validate its reflective characteristics: first, by placing the suggested structure between two sources, and second, by establishing the proposed system facing a single source. It exhibits almost identical transmission coefficient curves for the transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) polarisation modes. It offers a reflecting response at 28 GHz with a bandwidth of 16 GHz. The proposed reflective metasurface provides a stable angular response of up to 80° across a range of incident angles. The measured results show that the proposed structure supports real-time reflecting effectiveness.
