Modeling of the Hydrodynamic Working Process of a Special Brake for Super-Heavy Mechanisms Subjected to Pulse Loads
摘要
The hydrodynamic working processes of special brakes of moving parts (brakes of moving parts under pulse loading and brakes for restoring the initial position of moving parts) of super-heavy mechanisms subjected to high-power pulse loads are considered. Formalized mathematical models of their functioning allow us to study the dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the center of mass of moving parts, as well as to study the thermal regimes of special brakes with the aim of optimizing and restoring their characteristics. It was determined that the most important hydraulic characteristic, which critically affects the performance and restorability of special brakes of moving parts, is the value of the calibration cross-section index.
