CMT-Based on-Site Repair Method for Worn and Corroded Mill Seat Cover
摘要
This study proposed a new method based on CMT additive technology for on-site repair of hot rolling mill housing. The experimental verification of the method proved its feasibility in terms of mechanical performance, microhardness, and microstructural properties of the CMT-repaired region. The results provide a scientific basis and technical reference for on-site repair of large-scale high-end equipment damage in situ.
