<p>An engineering method for considering climate change when assessing the bearing capacity of permafrost foundations is proposed. This method uses an autoregressive forecast of an ambient air temperature and a simple analytical relationship between the average annual temperature on the surface of permafrost soils, which determines the calculated values of the foundation temperature.</p>

摘要

An engineering method for considering climate change when assessing the bearing capacity of permafrost foundations is proposed.
