<p>Due to the stabilization of clay soils with quicklime, earthworks can be completed rapidly, while the operational safety of foundations is significantly improved, thereby preventing erosion and ensuring their reliability and durability. During tests to determine the water-physical properties of heavy dusty plastic loam, it was found that changing the soil structure by introducing lime in various concentrations leads to an increase in optimal moisture content, a decrease in maximum density, and a decrease in the filtration coefficient.</p>
