Geotechnical Solutions in Reconstruction and Their Impact on the Settlement of Historic Buildings
摘要
This paper presents design and technological solutions for the underground parts of historic buildings undergoing reconstruction, as based on an analysis of domestic and foreign experience. Numerical modeling in a three-dimensional setting is used to study the effect that the sequence of work on the superstructure and the construction of underground floors can have on the settlement of these buildings. Methods are proposed for predicting the settlement of historic buildings undergoing reconstruction with the development of underground space, taking into account the technological component of settlement and changes in soil properties over a long period of operation.
