<p>The present article was based on the report given at the international geotechnical conference named after Prof. Z. G. Ter-Martirosyan (MGSU, September 2024). The author analyzes issues associated with selecting parameters for the numerical prediction analysis of potential cavities in karst rocks on the basis of specialized investigations and building codes. The conducted analysis aims to assess the impact of karst-suffosion processes on underground works (chambers and tunnels), which manifests itself in additional displacements due to the collapse of rock into the developing cavities.</p>

摘要
