Influence of the initial state of beryllium bronze on its structure organization and properties during friction stir processing
摘要
The structure organization and phase composition of beryllium bronze C17200 are studied in the rolled and annealed states. It is revealed that beryllium bronze in initially different states requires different parameters for its friction stir processing, which leads to different thermal inputs into the material during processing and results in a change of the material structural-phase state. After processing, the beryllium bronze demonstrates the properties similar to those of the annealed sheet metal.
