<p>The paper proposes a&#xa0;one-/two-dimensional microstrip detector DIMEX-Si (DIMEX-Si2D) and photon-counting detector SciCode for conducting experiments at the Fast Process Station of the Siberian Circular Photon Source (‘SKIF’). The SciCode counts photons with energy higher than the threshold value. The DIMEX-Si records the total number of photons that hit the detector for a&#xa0;short (~50 ns) period of time. The one-dimensional detector allows to obtain diffraction patterns for the synchrotron radiation beam in one direction, whereas the two-dimensional detector comprises the multiple recording elements arranged one above another, with each layer shifted relative to the previous one. This arrangement allows for additional measurements along the second axis. The paper describes the development of X‑ray detectors, including their design and current status.</p>
