摘要

Al–15Sn–5Pb alloy (vol.%) was prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) at a laser beam scanning speed of 0.8, 1.0, and 1.2 m/s and a fixed radiation power of 70 W. The samples were synthesized using an ONSINT AM150 3D printer in an atmosphere of flowing argon. The structure, mechanical properties of the material, and their relationship with the laser radiation density during SLM were studied. It was found that with an increase in the radiation energy density, the ductility and strength of the alloy increase, while the porosity of the synthesized samples remains high.
