摘要

Using the methods of transmission electron microscopy, the microstructure and phase composition of the coatings made of CoCrFeMnNi multicomponent alloys formed by flux-cored arc surfacing are studied. It is found out that these alloys are characterized by a single-phase structure, consisting of a γ-phase with an fcc-lattice and a large number of crystal lattice defects of different types, presumably nucleating as a result of thermal stress relaxation during material surfacing. The prevailing type of these defects and their distribution density are determined by the contents of Ni and Mn in the alloy.
