Structural damage of nanocrystalline Fe-10Ni-20Cr alloy at increasing radiation dose
摘要
Using molecular dynamics simulation, this paper studies structural changes in the nanocrystalline Fe-10Ni-20Cr alloy at different irradiation doses. The alloy structure tends to recrystallize with increasing irradiation dose. The main recrystallization mechanism is the interaction of grain boundaries with atomic displacement cascades, generated point defect clusters and neighboring grain boundaries.
