Numerical Study of the High-Speed Impact of a Steel Projectile on a Concrete Target
摘要
The article presents a numerical study of the high-speed impact of a steel projectile on a concrete target. Calculations have been carried out within the framework of a porous elastoplastic medium. The dynamic fracture is considered as the growth and coalescence of microdefects under the action of stresses formed during loading. The projectile interacts with the target at a speed of 600 m/s. As a result of impact loading, through penetration occurs in the concrete target with the formation of a crater on the front side and a back spall.
