Synthesis and evaluation of anxiolytic activity of 2-aminopyrimidin-1-ium 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoates
摘要
The reaction of 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic acids with 2-aminopyrimidines afforded the corresponding salts. Their structures were confirmed by IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. A number of new compounds were evaluated for anxiolytic activity using the open field test and the light-dark box test. The lead compound with potential anti-anxiety properties was revealed.
