<p>The results of studying block copolymers of poly-2-alkyl-5,6-dihydrooxazines (PAOz) are summarized. Approaches to the controlled synthesis of linear and star-shaped block copolymers of PAOz were developed. The equilibrium rigidity of linear PAOz block copolymers and the phase separation temperatures of aqueous solutions of linear and star-shaped PAOz block copolymers were determined. Their dependence on the composition and architecture of the macromolecules was analyzed. The addition of NaCl leads to more significant changes in the case of the star-shaped polymers. The studied block copolymers bind well to curcumin in aqueous solutions. The addition of hydrophobic curcumin to solutions of the block copolymers does not result in an expected decrease in the phase separation temperature.</p>
