摘要

Alternative approaches were developed to introduce deuterium atoms into the steroid backbone and the side chain of a short-chain derivative of the phytoecdysteroid 20-hydroxyecdysone, poststerone acetonide, using LiAlD₄ and D₂O as deuterating agents.
