Synthesis of 5-isothiocyanato-6-methyluracil from hydroxamic acid
摘要
A one-step synthesis of 5-isothiocyanato-6-methyluracil from the corresponding hydroxamic acid was carried out. A plausible mechanism of the reaction was proposed.
