<p>Recently, McIntosh provided detailed proofs of the mock theta conjectures for sixth- and eighth-order mock theta functions, which were originally presented in a survey paper by Gordon and McIntosh in 2012. The same work also proposed two conjectured linear relations involving sixth-order mock theta functions. In this note, we prove these two results using the properties of Appell–Lerch sums.</p>

摘要

Recently, McIntosh provided detailed proofs of the mock theta conjectures for sixth- and eighth-order mock theta functions, which were originally presented in a survey paper by Gordon and McIntosh in 2012. The same work also proposed two conjectured linear relations involving sixth-order mock theta functions. In this note, we prove these two results using the properties of Appell–Lerch sums.
