<p>Using an individual-level panel dataset from Japan covering the period 2016–2024, we examined how preferences for income redistribution changed between the pre- and post-pandemic periods. We found that the decline in redistribution preferences was greater among higher-income individuals than among lower-income individuals.</p>

摘要
