The purpose of this work is to validate Delone and McLean (DL&ML) information system (IS) success model in the environment of IS of the banking industry in the developing nations, in this case Sudan. The model has been empirically verified by fitting the model to data gathered through a hardcopy survey questionnaire from 102 employees using the system in 15 banks in Sudan through a quantitative technique of partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that system use is anticipated by system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction whereas user satisfaction is anticipated through information quality, service quality, and system use. Further, both system use and user satisfaction positively affects net benefits. The research contributed to literature regarding IS benefits antecedents, and it validated the proposed model among banking industry in Sudan. Overall, the study has theoretical and practical value, and it offers recommendations for future research as well as implications and limitations.
