Control charts based on several techniques were developed for the monitoring of time event \(T\) and amplitude \(X\) known as time between events and amplitude in recent years. But, these charts are limited to some potential distributions, like exponential, normal and Gamma. Also, these charts mainly focused on only the ratio statistics \(\frac{X}{T}\) . In this study, we compare three statistics \(Z_1\) , \(Z_2\) , and \(Z_3\) with \(X\) and \(T\) as the generalized exponential, generalized Rayleigh, and three-parameter Weibull distributions. Different scenarios were considered to detect an upward shift in the TBEA chart. The performance of these TBEA charts are compared using some numerical evaluation. The application of the TBEA control charts is shown by an example of real life data set from a French forest database.
