<p>Traditional costumes reflect cultural, social, and economic dimensions of society, preserving its artistic heritage and offering insight into traditional ways of life. This study examines how traditional costumes contribute to cultural identity, social cohesion, and overall quality of life in Saudi Arabia, from the perspective of both male and female participants. Using a questionnaire-based survey, the research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach targeting a diverse sample across the Kingdom. Findings indicate that the perceived impact of traditional costumes on quality of life does not differ significantly by gender, educational level, or age. Key recommendations include: (1) encouraging the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Culture to initiate programs, events, and competitions that promote traditional fashion; (2) establishing specialized museums in tourist areas; (3) supporting research on the role of traditional costumes in enhancing cultural tourism and quality of life; and (4) integrating traditional fashion into school curricula through history, arts, or social studies to strengthen cultural awareness among students.</p>
