摘要

Understanding customer satisfaction is essential for companies aiming to succeed in today’s competitive market, as it directly influences profitability and market competitiveness. However, accurately measuring customer satisfaction presents a significant challenge due to its intangible nature. Traditional consumer surveys are designed to capture customer feedback across various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), but aggregating and ranking products or services based on these diverse KPIs remains difficult, particularly when considering both the overall satisfaction and the heterogeneity of consumer evaluations. To address this issue, this paper proposes Multi–Aspect for Ranking of Products (MARP), a novel multi-aspect ranking procedure that extends the methodology of the NonParametric Combination (NPC) methodology applied to ranking methods. This integrated procedure effectively considers both the location and heterogeneity of consumer feedback across multiple KPIs, providing a more robust and reliable way to rank products or services. A simulation study and a toy example discuss the effectiveness and practical value of this method in providing accurate and consistent rankings.
