<p>The traveling voting model is a commonly adopted paradigm in quantum voting protocols, where a quantum state sequentially travels among voters to encode voting information. In this paper, we propose a dual-channel traveling quantum anonymous voting protocol based on Bell states. The proposed protocol employs a dual-channel vote-splitting mechanism and a distributed tallying strategy, which reduces the reliance on a single trusted tallyman while preserving voter anonymity. After the voting process is completed, the tallyman publishes the measurement results on a bulletin board, enabling voters to verify whether the voting information has been tampered with. Security analysis demonstrates that the proposed protocol satisfies anonymity, unforgeability, and verifiability, and is resistant to common internal and external attacks.</p>
