Coherence versus quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation of double quantum dots with Rashba spin–orbit interaction

Gaining insight into nanostructure devices represents a crucial step in unlocking their full quantum potential. Solid-state quantum dots provide a practical and scalable foundation for accommodating qubits, which are essential for quantum information processing. In this context, we introduce a model involving a pair of qubits within a double quantum dot configuration. We extensively investigate its quantum coherence and the quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation (
