摘要

This study evaluates the impact of human resource practices (HRPs) on employee well-being in Nigerian universities post-COVID-19, focusing on digital compliance and HR innovations. Targeting 200 employees from Nigeria, the UK, and the USA, the research used Cronbach’s Alpha and KMO tests for reliability. Findings reveal a strong correlation between pandemic-driven HRPs and workplace innovations, with ICT enhancing job satisfaction through flexible work arrangements. However, disparities in ICT usage were linked to staff computer literacy and a lack of prior ICT frameworks. The study recommends institutional policies for ICT adoption and staff training in e-learning methodologies.
