Unveiling the Mediating Influence of Employee Commitment on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employee Satisfaction: A Holistic Exploration

This study explores the connection between alternative dispute resolution (mediation technique) and employee satisfaction, considering employee commitment as a mediator. Primary data was collected from 450 top and middle-level employees, out of which 320 questionnaires were analyzed using various statistical techniques. The findings reveal that mediation technique makes positive impact on employee satisfaction through employee commitment. The study extends the literature on alternative dispute resolution mechanism and points out the value of investing in constructive dispute resolution mechanisms for a harmonious work environment that promotes job satisfaction and positive employee experiences.
