Exploring the Role of Human Factors and Organizational Culture in Maintenance Management Practice Within Large Processing Industries
摘要
This study examines the impact of human factors (HF) and organizational culture (OC) on maintenance management practices (MMP) in large processing industries. A mixed-method approach, including a systematic review, surveys, and interviews, analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS software, revealed a strong positive correlation between HF, OC, and MMP (beta coefficients: 0.95 and 0.01). The findings highlight the critical roles of HF and OC in shaping effective maintenance strategies, offering practical insights for improving operational efficiency and sustainability. Likewise, this research contributes to understanding the interplay of HF, OC, and MMP, providing a foundation for future studies in the field.
