<p>The university implemented the ISO 9001 quality management standard, version 2015, in December 2021 to obtain an international certificate of conformity. After conducting a field survey and completing the qualification process, the survey results were sent to the Quality and Development Unit for analysis. The results were compared to the guidelines, and statistical values such as standard deviation, range, and the number of choices made by volunteers was calculated for each paragraph or item of the international standard, along with the score values. The standard deviation ranged between 0.7678 in the support paragraph and 0.7906 in most specifications items.</p>
