<p>Corporate psychopath remains a threat to the mental health of employees at workplace and the scholars hardly use any real time data in the articles. In this article, I use real time data issued by a public university followed by informed interviews with the stakeholders and Psychopathy Check List Revised (PCL-R) to assess the company CEO’s level of psychopathy. From the same data set, this paper identifies corporate psychopathy as a different manifestation of the destructive leader. The identification of the psychotic CEOs will open the door for corrective action and prevent psychopathy from spreading further within the university.</p>
