<p>The study aimed to develop and test a model for electronic human resource management (e-HRM) to enhance job commitment and fairness among employees. It examined the usage levels of e-HRM in providing services and found a significant direct effect (α ≥ 0.05) of perceived justice in services on job commitment. The study also identified a mediating role of justice in the relationship between e-HRM implementation and job commitment in governmental institutions. The findings highlight the importance of justice in e-HRM services for improving employee commitment.</p>
