<p>The objective of the research was to monitor the impact of an AI-based chatbot program on the effectiveness of sales managers in selling insurance policies. Over a period of three months, managers interacted with the chatbot through Microsoft Teams, which was powered by AI through the Microsoft Azure cloud platform to process requests using Chat GPT. The results showed a positive trend in the number of processed applications in the experimental group (481.03 over three months, compared to 292.28 in the control group) and the average time to process an application (applications were processed 4.25 min faster on average).</p>
