<p>The present study investigates the effects of employee voice, equity, and inclusion on customer responsiveness in public organizations. It uses data from the 2023 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regressions. Findings indicate that encouraging employee voice behaviors, promoting equity, and creating an inclusive workplace environment contribute to federal agencies’ customer responsiveness. Policy and management recommendations include ensuring employees <i>voice</i> their observations and feelings about the organization, developing strategies for recognizing and addressing workplace inequalities, and cultivating an organizational culture that is inclusive for all.</p>
