Ethical Orientations and Value for Money in Primary Schools
摘要
This study sought to examine the relationship between ethical orientations and value for money in primary schools. By means of mixed method, using a cross-sectional design, the study integrated both the questionnaire and interview guide to collect data. One thousand and eighty respondents from two hundred and seventy-one schools responded, which yielded a 75% response rate. Quantitative data were entered into a Statistical Programme for Social Sciences and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. The article demonstrates that ethical orientations have a significant positive influence on value for money. Educationalists should integrate ethical behaviour into policy development, training and resource management.
