Natural Disasters and Public Administration Capacity Building: Key Challenges and Lesson Drawing. An Introduction

Public administration increasingly faces challenges in addressing the multidimensional impacts of natural disasters, which are exacerbated by climate change and socio-economic vulnerabilities.
