Servant Leadership in India: A Comprehensive Exploration of Contributions, Trends, and Patterns

摘要

Servant leadership has emerged as a novel area of Management research. One of the most debated leadership styles is servant leadership, which indicates that a person must first be a human and then a leader. This literature review comprehensively examines the historical origins of servant leadership, its core attributes, the measurements that have been developed, and the findings obtained from pertinent empirical investigations. The primary objective of the present paper is to study the leadership style using various analyses, evaluations, and research from available sources to identify proposed facts about leadership activities using bibliometric analysis of servant leadership theory.
