<p>A simple capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) version suitable for fast and efficient quantification of <sup>25</sup>Mg<sup>2+</sup>-carrying porphyrin-fullerene cation-exchanger nanoparticles in rat brain tissue carried out during preclinical studies of this type of novel nanoprotectors was proposed. The potential application of this technique for resolving pharmacokinetic tasks is under discussion with the emphasis on a comparison to the routine protocol chromatographic procedures (HPLC, TLC, etc.).</p>
