HPLC Determination of Ginnalin a Content in Leaves of Acer tataricum L.
摘要
An HPLC method for quantitative determination of ginnalin Ain leaves of the Tatar maple (Acer tataricum L.) has been developed. The content of the dominant polyphenolic compound ginnalin A (2,6-di-O-galloyl-1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol) in the leaves of Acer tataricum L. varied from 13.17 ± 0.04 to 17.78 ± 0.05%. The error in a single determination of the ginnalin Acontent in leaves of Acer tataricum L. was ±1.24% with a confidence probability of 95%.
