摘要

A complex of the lipid-transfer protein Ns-LTP1 with indotricarbocyanine dye (ITD) in the form of an activated ester was synthesized. Formation of the complex was confirmed by comparative analysis of the photophysical properties of the dye in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 1,2-dichloroethane, and its complex with the protein in PBS. The effect of the synthesized complex as compared to the Ns-LTP1 protein on the wound-healing rate of thermal burns was studied on models in experimental animals. According to the results of measurements on the 10th day of the experiments carried out under lighting and light of white LED lamps (wavelength Α 653 nm), the effect of the synthesized complex as compared to those of the Ns-LTP1 protein and ITD on the wound-healing rate of thermal burns were placed in the following order: ITD complex with the Ns-LTP1 protein > Ns-LTP1 > Levomekol > ITD. In this case, the reduction of the wound treated with the complex was 32.3 and 84.0% on the 5th and 10th days, respectively, as compared to the burn area on the 1st day. The burn area had completely healed by the 15th day. The reduction of the wound after treatment with the Ns-LTP1 protein was 29.1 and 77.1% on the 5th and 10th days, respectively, as compared to the burn area on the 1st day. The results indicated that the synthesized complex seemed promising in the therapy of erosive and ulcerative inflammatory pathologies.
