摘要

Nondestructive control of amoxicillin in tablet medicines without opening the blister package by measuring the intensity of diffuse reflectance of IR radiation was proposed. Near-IR spectroscopy with Fourier transform and digital colorimetry used a smartphone and a 3D-printed device. The data set was processed by principal component analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, and partial least squares regression. Chemometric algorithms for determination of the active-ingredient concentration and identification of the drug manufacturer were considered. IR spectroscopy and colorimetry showed comparable results in terms of the accuracy of identifying the manufacturer of medicinal products and establishing the concentration of active ingredients in tablets without opening the blister pack.
