Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Conditions for Secondary Metabolites from Koenigia weyrichii Leaves Using Water(Ethanol Mixtures
摘要
The aim of this work was to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for secondary metabolites from the leaves of Koenigia weyrichii (F. Schmidt) T. M. Schust. et Reveal using water-ethanol mixtures. The most suitable extraction conditions were extraction duration, 40 min; ethanol concentration, 50 vol%; ultrasonic power, 60 W; raw material size, 1 mm; ratio of extractant volume to plant raw material mass (v/m), 15:1, and extraction temperature, 42°C. The studied plant could be used as medicinal plant raw material, the extracts of which contained many flavonoids. The data obtained in the work could be useful for the development of technological processes for obtaining extracts for use in the pharmaceutical industry.
