<p>Various ways of using hydrogen-isotope-labeled biologically active compounds are described. The main methods of introducing hydrogen isotopes into lipophilic drugs are presented. The influence of free-radical and other negative processes on lipophilic compounds is shown. The important role of various lipid combinations for the synthesis of hybrid molecules that are prodrugs and the influence of lipids on the stability of living systems are demonstrated. Examples of the use of liposomes as transport systems are given.</p>
