<p>1-Aminoalkyl-5,6-diaryl-2-oxopyrrolo[3,4-<i>c</i>]pyrazoles were synthesized by the reaction of 1-aminoalkyl-5-aryl-4-acyl-3-hydroxy-3-pyrrolin-2-ones with hydrazine. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity and acute toxicity of some compounds have been studied. All compounds had a reliable and significant analgesic effect. One of them was comparable to orthophen in anti-inflammatory activity and belonged to the class of marginally toxic substances.</p>

摘要
