摘要

The effects of the antiviral drugs molnupiravir and favipiravir on the viability of human embryonic lung cells and the production of cytokines by peripheral blood leukocytes of healthy donors and patients with coronavirus infections were studied. Neither molnupiravir nor favipiravir nor their combination at concentrations up to 60 μg/mL was shown to have a significant effect on the survival of human embryonic lung cells. Also, the combination of molnupiravir and favipiravir was shown to decrease the level of both pro-inflammatory (IL-1, TNF) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10) and did not significantly affect the levels of IL-6 and IFN-α.
