Exciton qubit on spatial states of a triple quantum dot
摘要
The paper presents a theoretical scheme of a solid-state qubit on the excitonic states of a semiconductor triple quantum dot with electro-optical control. Single-qubit operations are performed using coherent tunneling of an electron between adjacent quantum dots, and two-qubit operations require the use of an additional element - an optical microcavity. The model parameters are selected in accordance with the experimental results. It is shown that quantum operations can be implemented with high accuracy for correctly specified sequences of pulses that control the spectrum of the system.
