<p>We present an ultracompact TE-pass polarizer designed for operation over a broad wavelength 200&#xa0;nm range from 1400&#xa0;nm to 1600&#xa0;nm, demonstrating outstanding performance. The proposed device achieves a low TE insertion loss of less than 0.2 dB and reflection losses exceeding 40 dB for TE mode and 30 dB for TM mode across a 200&#xa0;nm bandwidth. The TM mode is effectively suppressed, resulting in a polarization extinction ratio greater than 30 dB over a 180&#xa0;nm wavelength range. At the communication wavelength of 1550&#xa0;nm, the polarizer maintains an insertion loss of under 0.2 dB for the TE mode and a TM extinction ratio exceeding 40 dB, all within an ultracompact device length of just 10&#xa0;μm.</p>
